Description

RENEGADE

(1) a rebel, an outlaw (2) a great song

never been afraid to say/ wutz on my mind at/ any given time of day/ kuz I’m a RENEGADE!

An espresso blend that is made to perform always and everywhere. Carried by a Brazilian powerhouse that never fails to deliver body, uniformity and sweetness, finished with a Latin American coffee that adds flavors of grape and stone fruits. Submerging these coffees we arrive with a thick chocolate milk body, soft fruit sweetness. When combined with milk reminiscent of a molten candy bar.

Currently we use the Brazilian Fazenda Fronteira’s  coffee for 50% and use the cherries from farmers around the Moyobamba town in Peru for the last 50%. We advise to let the coffee rest at least 5 days after roasting before preparing.

This is our Coffee served to more than a hundred thousand visitors of the biggest music festivals in The Netherlands every year. We use the following recipe as a baseline: In goes 21 – 22 grams, yielding a generous 50 grams, which takes 30 – 35 seconds brewing at 94 degrees celsius.

Our coffee comes in craft paper bags which contain a plastic liner on the inside to guarantee freshness of our coffee. Please dispose properly at your local plastic trash container. The Village Coffee is roasted fresh every week, and best consumed within four weeks after roast date. Store your coffee in a dry, dark and cool place, avoid the fridge.
